Enamel or Gel Method
Prep nails by cleansing, lightly buffing, and applying a base coat.
Cut out each decal and soak in water for 10–15 seconds.
Slide decal onto nail and position carefully.
Gently smooth out excess water and edges.
Seal with 2 coats of top coat (air-dry or gel).
