Shipping Information

Diva Digits Press On Nails is a home-based, online-only boutique operating in Australia. All nail sets are handcrafted and packaged with care by Louise, your nail artist and sole trader.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship sets are dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order sets require 3–7 business days before dispatch

  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays

Australian Shipping

  • Standard postage: from $6 AUD (Large Padded Letter)

  • Tracked postage options may be available at checkout

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during selected events

International Shipping

  • International postage starts from $15 AUD

  • Shipping destinations may include USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and selected other regions

  • Delivery timeframes vary by country and postal service

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, Diva Digits is not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all press-on nail sets are final sale.

Diva Digits Press On Nails does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Improper application or removal

  • Wear and tear or accidental damage

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • An item that arrives damaged or faulty

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a replacement or refund may be offered where appropriate.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.
Sizing guides are provided, and I am always happy to assist.

If you are unsure:

  • Measure carefully using the provided guide, or

  • Message me before ordering, or

  • Purchase a sizing kit where available

Custom sizing details may be saved for future orders upon request.
